The NASA Area N-scale Operating Society (NANOS) is an organization of model railroaders that meets to promote interest in N-scale model railroading.

NANOS is a modular club.  We set our modular layout at local train shows, including the Great American Train Show. During the shows, we invite the public to operate the trains on our hands-on layout.

NANOS follows the N-Trak standards. N-Trak is an international N-Scale model railroad layout system of modular units. NANOS also has the capability to run Digitrax DCC.

Our monthly business meetings and clinics are held at 7 PM on the first Monday of each month at Golden Corral on the Gulf Freeway in southeast Houston.
